Corrections Officers Fired for Smuggling Contraband Cellphones


The Department of Corrections in Guam stated that several correctional officers have been dismissed after smuggling contraband cellphones into facilities. 

The findings by the DOC resulted in a release, a termination and a resignation by prison personnel. The department has committed to cracking down on the contraband.
