FCC Takes on CellPhone Jammers, but How to Enforce?

The FCC made the announcement that it will be targeting Craigslist ads in order to combat the sales of illegal cellphone jammers.  So far, the agency has targeted 23 ads and issued 6 citations

Cellphone jammers, in the hands of the general public, pose a significant risk to the general well-being of society.  Jammers can be used to interrupt emergency communication.  Although enforcement will present a resource issue, the FCC has set-up hotlines for reporting.

CellAntenna, and its subsidiary CJAM works with the federal government and correctional facilities worldwide to provide safe cellphone control and jamming solutions.
